Welcome!

I built my career in critical care nursing, working in environments where every decision mattered. I saw firsthand what happens when systems are pushed beyond their capacity. The most profound critical care I ever experienced, though, wasn’t at a hospital bedside. It was the moment I realized I was redlining in my own life.

Without realizing it, I had become what I now call a “public utility.” I was accessible to everyone, powering everyone else’s world while my own system was in total blackout. I equated sacrifice with love and measured my worth by how “useful” I could be, until I finally became invisible to myself.

I wrote Radical Rebirth as a result of lived experiences and to create a quiet, sacred space for women who find themselves in that same place of exhaustion. My mission is no longer just about monitoring vitals. It’s about guiding you through the process of unlearning the roles you were drafted into. I’m here to help you detach your identity from “usefulness” so you can finally be visible to yourself.

If that’s you, you’re exactly who this is for.
